THE NATIONAL TRAFFIC SYSTEM MOVES MESSAGES FROM ONE AREA TO ANOTHER..THESE MESSAGES CAN BE FORMAL OR USED FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES...THERE IS A STANDARD FORM CALLED A RADIOGRAM THAT  IS USED BY TRAFFIC HANDLERS...THESE RADIOGRAMS CAN BE SEEN ON THE RAC WEBSITE OR THE ARRL WEBSITE...HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS IS AS FOLLOWS...YOU MAY HAVE A LOCAL 2 METER NET OR HF NET AND IF IT HAS FORMAL TRAFFIC A REPRESENATIVE FROM THAT LOCAL NET GOES TO THE SECTION NET WHICH IN ONTARIO IS THE ONTARIO PHONE NET WHICH IS HELD NIGHTLY AT 7 PM ON 3.745 MHZ...IF THE TRAFFIC IS GOING OUTSIDE ONTARIO A REPRESENATIVE FROM THE OPN NET TAKES THE TRAFFIC TO THE 2ND REGION NET WHICH COMPRISES OF EASTERN CANADA, NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY...THIS NET IS HELD AT 7.45 PM ON 3.576 MHZ WHICH IS A CW NET....IF THERE IS TRAFFIC GOING OUTSIDE THE 2ND REGION NET A REPRESENATIVE FROM THE 2ND REGION NET GOES TO THE EASTERN AREA NET WHICH IS HELD AT 8:30 PM ON 3.576 MHZ...THE EASTERN AREA NET CONSISTS OF A REPRESENATIVE OF REGION 1 VERMONT,NEW HAMPSHIRE, MASSACHUSSETS, CONNETICUT, RHODE ISLAND, ...REGION 2 NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, EASTERN CANADA, REGION 3 PENNSYLVANIA, DELEWARE, MARYLAND...REGION 4  VIRGINNIA, NORTH AND SOUTH CAROLINA, GEORGIA, FLORIDA AND REGION 8 MICHIGAN, OHIO, WEST VIRGINNIA...THERE IS ALSO A REPRESENATIVE TO TAKE TRAFFIC TO AND FROM THE CENTERAL AREA NETS (MIDDLE OF US AND CANADA)AND THE PAN (PACIFIC AREA NETS WESTERN CANADA AND US.....WHEN THE EAN IS OVER THERE IS ANOTHER REGION NET AT 9:30 PM ON 3.576
